Jonas Peisker joined the Vienna Institute of Demography as pre-doc in September 2020. His research interests focus on the social and economic impacts of global warming and natural disasters. In the CLIMACT project he contributes to an analysis of how demographic, environmental, and economic factors shape environmental concerns and voting patterns. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Heidelberg and a M.Sc. in Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
