The Department of Demography, a subunit of the Faculty of Social Sciences, conducts research and teaching in formal demography as well as the key drivers and consequences of multi-dimensional population changes. It has a global focus and is part of the Wittgenstein Centre for Demography and Global Human Capital, with the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) and the Vienna Institute of Demography (VID/ÖAW) as further partners.
Two positions are to be filled with this announcement.
