About

Krystof Zeman joined the Vienna Institute of Demography in September 2008 as a research scientist with main focus on the Human Fertility Database project.

Krystof Zeman has studied at the Charles University in Prague, including studies at the University of Amsterdam and the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Rostock. He completed his PhD in demography in 2004. He also received a BA in Economics in 1998. In 2004–2008 he worked at the Demographic Statistics Section of the Czech Statistical Office.
