After a Master in Health economics, I completed my PhD in economics at the University of Paris-Dauphine in 2023. My dissertation focused on the influence of fertility decisions, family policies and social norms on gender inequalities in Europe. The same year, I started to work as a research and teaching fellow at Sciences Po. In August 2024, I joined the Department of Demography at the University of Vienna as a post-doctoral researcher to work on parental leave policies and the gender gap in skill loss in OECD countries. Since October 2025, I've continued this work at the Vienna Institute of Demography of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
